While I don't like stories with intense bullying to lovers, I think this one gave justice to Yeonduk. I was sad he's a martyr but I'm glad he was able to hold on

Jihyun deserves happiness, yes. But it's definitely not with Chiwoo. Dude literally destroyed his high school life by hurting Chiwoo's would've been friends. Hurt him emotionally and physically to the point of hospitalization, MULTIPLE TIMES. Jihyun is an absolute toxic for him. You can't be with someone you're scared of. You can't be with someone that gives you discomfort and anxiety.
Even in that parting scene, Jihyun's still being more obsessed and narcissistic rather than truly remorseful and apologetic by making up lame excuses. Chiwoo doesn't need that kind of man.
