I'm pretty sure that Woo Jin (blonde) was actually there with "Taemin" (Si Won at this point since the switch had already occurred) after Taemin was hit by the truck. This isn't like the dream Taemin had before his accident. For one thing when Taemin had that "dream" (where he saw Si Won get assaulted and then commit suicide), Taemin's body wasn't actually there. None of the kids who bullied Si Won nor Si Won himself took notice of Taemin.
YET when Woo Jin (blonde) saw "Taemin" as he was dying, the doctors were holding Woo Jin back. "Taemin" even looked at Woo Jin before he closed his eyes. Woo Jin was physically there. Or at least that's my take on it.
