When the kiss was initiated bu the uke the seme who hesistate to kiss him was made to realize he likes to kiss him I guess. Honestly the seme probably didn't know what to do since he found out he had raging desire to have sex with the uke he ended up being a jerk when approching it even using excuses in order to achieve it.
