Who gave the video to Hot Dude? Presumeably someone that want to fish in troubled water.
Hot Dude thought Scum is MC's lover and able to convince him. But in previous chap, MC already met Scum and Scum already rejected him like the scum that he actually is.
Now MC is trying to convince Hot Dude to delete the video. Because if he spread it, then he'll be enemy of that dead old man's people.
