When I first read the chapter where Jin shoots the guy’s hand and his fingers are fake, I thought it was random. I just re-read the whole thing cause I’m procrastinating, and it’s cause it’s inferred someone who was loyal to him ended up “biting him” and that’s why he lost his fingers. So he asks Jin if he’ll bite him and Jin’s like “tf you mean am I a dog?” And it’s symbolic that Jin only shot his fake fingers. So he got bit a second time by someone who he wanted loyalty from. A final fuck you to say “I’m not your loyal dog”. Also you could say he’s biting that hand that fed him, but that’s the same symbolism. I’m saying all this cause it took me a re-read to put that together ╮(￣▽￣)╭
