I love this manga, it is awesome. The thing is, I don't want mano to be the girl( I don't remember her name) reincarnation because its what most people expect to happen and also because I want Carvel to move on and accept that the girl is dead. He also needs to love Mano because of his personality and not because he's a reincarnation of some other girl he killed.

That is no camera, but a television. The title says it's a parallel world. As they were talking about a parallel world where Itou-san would be an assassin and Kyousuke a prostitute after watching a movie, you can get that theirs (Itou-san as a teacher and Kyousuke as an average student) is also a parallel world. Which is why at the end they (Itou-san teacher and Kyousuke highschooler) appear IN the television, to show that they too could be part of a movie/fantasy for the Itou-san assassin and the Kyousuke prostitute from the first 7 chapters. Did I make my point clear? (╯°Д °)╯
