For example, low sperm count + low egg count = no baby. But if you had low sperm count + high egg count(concubine/side chick/new empress) = baby. I think the same would also apply to Naiver too, just reversed. High sperm count + low egg count = baby.

There definitely has to be a subplot that hasn't been surfaced yet of some kind of power struggle conflict. The Queen was probably murdered on the way home. The king goes back home earlier but will probably succumb to grief but it's implied he didn't kill himself so he was also assassinated? And the people behind his parents deaths probably used this chance to manipulate the young prince and the events that come after are muddled because he was manipulated with magic of some sort.
He remembers things when they're related to Elizabeth so I think the scene at the beginning of the grandma (kings mom) implies Elizabeth started to be treated the same way as the original queen making her suffer more.
Now that they're delaying the past life reveal so much, I feel like when the both of them do find out the other remembers it will be very anti climatic. Like they will accept it right away and won't have much time to reminisce. The past life reveal will be cast aside for the past-past life reveal of Ianna being a goddess and Arhad being whatever the fuck he was with the pointy ears.
