So the doctor, the villain, is really not even 2d I would say but 1D, he's a "failed experiment" that the grandfather of the seme did trying to create the perfetc esper. So to try to get his revenge(?) he kills the guide's family and kidnaps him, brainwashes him into thinking he's only F-grade to put him besides de esper and even the esper's trauma was done by him so he wouldn't touch the guide(but at the same time told the guide that he should've opened his legs to the esper because he put him there for this and not to fall in love - yes this actually happened). Anyways, the whole plot is the guide being miserable and not seeing the changes in the esper then after a lot of fights and kisses the doctor comes get the guide because now he wants him(?) so he injures the esper and makes the guide choose to abandon the esper and break their bond and he does because he feels guilty about the whole trauma thing anyways after he chooses there's a whole 1 year time skip(yep I was very confused too), the doctor creates a cult with guides that he had kidnapped from the center along with the uke and in this 1 year he brainwashed the guide to forget his esper, he cut the esper's tendons and because of their severed bond he's basically a cripple, well tbf he chose to stay there and suffer bullying and violence without receiving any guidance so he could rescue his guide and after a while they get out but the guide is exasperated with the whole thing and just wants out of the military but the esper obvs refuses and try to reppair everything but the guide don't accept and also when they were out they made a few exams to see about their bond and the esper could only bond again (and get his powers and his health back) with the same guide but the guide vomits and don't accept it. So because all of this the guide gets a really bad depression, he slowly withers away and because of the corruption within the military the esper really blow all the shit in the ventilator and make the whole "guideverse" public and try to get justice for his guide and the others, meanwhile a lot of assasins try to kill the guide until one day one almost succeed because he just didn't bother to do anything and really wanted to die, the esper seeing this became desperate and just let the guide go away as he wished and put him in a safe house and slowly he starts to recuperate and get better until he sees the esper outside/inside his house in the middle of the night killing the assasins and protecting him so he starts to FINALLY think about everything specially after seeing the trial being aired on TV and then he searches for the esper's name on the internet and finds out that there was an accident where someone tried to kill him so the guide gets desparate and goes running to the esper that is on trial, he listens the esper talk and after a while he tries to run away but the esper sees him, so they hug and say they like each other and will finally try again and that's it lol After there's the extras about the esper taking care of the guide and more drama about their bond and they finally fucking in the last extra and bonding again XD I mean it wasn't the worst but even if I may have forgotten some details the whole story is just that. There's no real depth besides seeing their roles reverse in the story.
