What I appreciate is that there wasn't a 'glow up', while glow ups do show character development within the character into wanting to change for their own good, not having a glow up here means there's more concentration on how their relationship develops and there isn't too much of a focus on appearance. It's a nice, normal story (apart from the amnesia part lol) that details the journey from friends to lovers while they slowly learn from each other, their friends and experiences together

I'm not attached to the characters nor did I cry when I read it, but this story made me feel so empty and sad and that's probably equivalent to that
