I think it's important to remember that admiration does not equal romantic like/love. As such, I can understand how the seme could have misunderstood. I remember reading the prequel and thinking initially that Yuu was the one Haru admired, but that wasn't the case. We're looking at this knowing how Haru feels etc, but things like that may not be so obvious to another person.
She seriously needs therapy. Her father's cheating and leaving their family really fucked her up, I get it. I can even understand why she'd be more angry with her mum than put the blame where it truly lies. She's been hurt, and she's afraid of even more pain. But to actively seek out married men? Sure, it takes two to tango so the men who succumb to her seduction are just as bad, but girl, you're putting yourself in danger. If she continues on, she may very well be the target of an aggrieved wife ie stabby stab little misstress. Lmao. But of course the knight in shining armour will show her the wonders of true and faithful love (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

I'd prefer it if Ishi didn't get with either Iino or Tsubame. I think he deserves so much better. However, if I do have to pick one then it'd be Iino. Tsubame is too manipulative for my liking, not to mention I question her 'love' often.
