I honestly wasn't aware that things were that bad between Jihyun & Chiwoon I knew that they had that big fight that didn't end so well and that things were never the same but this was shocking to find out about(⊙…⊙ ). The author didn't make it clear in chapter 18 & 19 that it went that far so I didn't even pick up on any kind rape or sexual assault, I wish things didn't go that far so *sigh*. Honestly I feel like that whole thing could have been avoided if there was more communication between them sure they were friends but they hardly really spoke to each other like that. Chiwoon noticed that jihyun had feelings for him but he never confronted him about it. If chiwoon had confronted Jihyun from when he started his whole jealous of his friends who hang around him and said that this isn't ok etc things would have been better. I'm not trying to defend jihyun or anything but I'm saying that chiwoon could have really confronted him back then about it and even convinced him to get some help cause he obviously wasn't stable. I don't hate Jihyun anymore though what he did was unforgivable but if he had gotten the help he needed back then and chiwoon really talked to him about the things that were going on with him things could have been better.

its all coming together now thx back when I read this i wasn't that deep and invested in the story so I missed a lot of the subtle hits and signs. I didn't really understand the signs were associated with rape at the time, he could of been traumatized from being beat up that badly but that's kind of unlikely considering the why he avoided Jihyn. I cant believe that jihyn went that far though really thought they just fought and that's all (︶︿︶)
Yea I saw that author's note too really didn't think things went that far but it was when I went back to chapter 19 of back to school and I saw chiwoon getting up off the table and doing what looked like pulling up his pants. I was like what the fuck how did I not understand what was happening there although I wasn't able subtle signs at time
