I really thought this story was heading in a completely different direction but everything went wrong when they had this dark haired came back with her memories intact. Why did the writers have to follow the pattern of the main FL ending up with ML no matter what *Sigh*. The story came together pretty well though inspite of the typical direction they decided to go in. I was ready to go on a whole rant about lienu being a bitch but towards the end though we understood what happened to her. Never thought that the emperor would have left her and she was killed off like that. I can't blame her for feeling the way she felt but she came at Aristia wrongly though.
The version of this in my head was that Aristia was gonna develop a relationship with Carsein's fine self and she would become the knight she wanted to be. I think she would be very happy with Carsein (there would never be a dull day with him around) and their babies with be so cuteeeeeee. I was honesty rooting for that so bad, inspite of the changes that have occurred and the emperor not becoming that monster of the future I still wouldn't be able to forget and start over with him; maybe that's just me but I would still have so much PTSD. I definitely wanted see more from artisa where she became a master of the sword and fight more. I'm not a big fan of the ending but I guess there was no other way to go with this because of all the drama that took place from conspiracies and assassination attempts. All wells that ends well in spite of everything I'm glad she became the empresses and stopped everything from falling about I'm contempt.
