A little spoiler, but he'll start doubting that Lil (aka twink abel) is actually a reincarnation, but Abel (twink) will say something that will confuse him. So no, it will be a LOOOOOOONG wait before they kiss lmao (they kissed around Volume 4 or 5 in the novel, if I rmbr correctly)
