I've finished reading the whole novel including the side chapters 2 years ago. Honestly, the manga didn't give any justice to the novel because a lot of details was not included in the manga. I was actually surprised that it only took 8 chapters to reach the part where they need to have a child to break the curse. A lot of the character's thoughts and personality were not fully displayed in the manga, especially the main characters. The first chapters of the manga did not do any justice to the first chapters of the novel. That's all.
