The art style is good but I can't even follow the plot anymore. How can they even experience traumatic stuff and be alright in the next scene?
Maybe it's because it's my first time reading an old manga but it's hard for me to understand a lot of concepts in this story. Seeing them together in the end made me happy. Even though they can't live normally as humans, at least they have each other, which is more than enough. To be together with the person you love when the whole world wants you to be separated, I'd choose to be with my love alone on the moon, too. There are just some parts, like the rape scenes, which give me that feeling that 'ah yes, this is really an old gl story.' It made me wonder if the writer was a man, hahah. Welp, a happy ending is all I could wish for them.
