No Louis doesn't know who the father is and he was looking for that person (the daddy)
Nobody knows except for Sabrina and the doctor that Louis is pregnant, then later maetel found out and ask Louis if his the father, Louis says No.
Then Louis got caught by the rope man which is Duke waytoon and tried to kill him(coz he crazy MF).
Maetel came and save Louis then ask the Duke what exactly happened that night(before Louis got pregy)(on the party) and the Duke says that he drug Louis.
Maetel then was sure enough to have a conclusion that the baby was his( which is truuu)
