They met when Hawen was nearly an adult so the commander had no hand in raising him, the commander had no romantic/sexual interest in him until much later in his life, both parties were fully mature and developed adults when they get together, etc. Sure, there was some other slightly questionable bits like the commander following and watching him after Hawen ran away from him, but I'm so used to purely dumpsterfire toxic relationships that I'll take whatever I can get at this point.

Yeah, there's definitely a couple red flags in general, but I just meant it checked my boxes in terms of the actual age gap part not being questionable. Like that bit wasn't problematic, but there's definitely dubious consent in some parts (as you mentioned), as well as the ML Stalking the MC at one point. I'd probably recommend you not continue reading it if you didn't like what you saw so far.

I hope they didn't get rid of the normal prosthetic for the running blade. A running blade is just for running and is very awkward and uncomfortable to walk with. It's definitely good to have one in an apocalypse I suppose (good luck putting it on properly in a situation where you need to get away fast, though), but that man is gonna be sorry if he's gotta constantly walk with it.

Goddamn AJ, I know he stole from you and all, but you know you just signed his death warrant, right? I hope for Bullet's sake he used that money to get far, far away from that place. Maybe, wherever he is, he'll also stop being a shitty person who steals from people (especially those far more vulnerable than him), too.
I know he fucked Aj over by stealing his money stash, but he didn't know the situation he was actually in. He seemed like a good kid, if a little brainrotted by conspiracy theories. The poor bastard didn't deserve the end he got. I feel much less bad for the Araknos operative guy. It's unfortunate for him, but he had to go. He was honestly kinda hot, tho. T.T
