I think it happened when they met Daiki’s dad...if you want more reason to why I think that I can broaden it more
it spawned within the span of half a chapter, shortest interval i've ever come across, yet its still not half bad, surprisingly.
I remember it starting but they didn’t even really show us when it started- like when toma was like “mama and daddy lay together” then they just completely got rid of that scene
