But can give some answers for your question. By the minimum I know about law, there must be some clause that's stipulates a period of time that you can be single based of why you are single. Like, if you above 18yo, you have a period 1 year. Just broke up? Find someone in 3 months if you don't want to go to jail. Widow? We can give you 5 years at most. But we will help you by publishing this list with other "unsingle" fellas you can par with.
And friends? WE DONT HAVE THAT! Friends are a distraction for marriage.

I feel so bad for King. He lost his love and the boy he also loved stole it from him, so he kinda lost 2 loved people. Didn‘t ace love king as well, at least like family? Towards the end it felt like he just hated him. King clearly didn’t deserve that kind of ending.
The only thing that calms me is that he at least had 27 human years, 273 or so vampire years of with 50/60 years were with his beloved jay. Maybe for him dying was freedom because he knew he could leave his beloved jay without feeling guilty.

There is lots of back story he lost his family too live with corpse of his mother for days till his aunt come, he was leaving country also stopped by forces and joined army in hatred and become general. As he said uke kinda reminds him of himself seme is probably in his 30s now and uke is in his earlier 20s his backstory mostly filled with system corruption and toxic environment which usually happens in dictatorship countries only higher government officials gets higher post and status and make lower man as a killing machine they die in meaningless wars can say plot is revolutionary but adding rape and all is also not wrong here it's true this is what happens in lawless no democracy country but visually knowing it is itself very disturbing
