As someone from the pro choice side of the argument, I can say that, since this is a work of fiction (and BL m-pregs are quite rare, expecially ones that show the pregnancy leading up to the birth, not just a 4 year time skip), plus as readers, we also know the whole backstory, unlike MC who thinks he got pregnant from a mass murderer, not only did we come here for the baby, but we know that the things the MC is worried about with giving birth aren't true, so in this case, we don't want him to get an abortion. We want to see the baby and see his and ML's relationship get better. Same with many other books that have pregnancy as a feature (not just BL). The MC normally doesn't have any reason to abort the baby, and the things they are worried about, we, the reader, know they won't come true. Plus it's all fiction, so us readers can make choices on behalf of the characters that we wouldn't be able to do guiltless if it was our real life friends. But in a real life situation, things don't work out perfectly like they do in books, we can't make assumptions that the person who got pregnant is going to end up happily ever after with the father of the child, or that it won't affect their life goals in a way that they're unable to accept. So many of the people who seem pro-life in this scenario are actually pro-choice irl because we are acting and judging this situation on information and assumptions that we can't make in real life. Plus we're reading for guilty pleasure ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

If a book did a rape situation seriously (MC doesn't get with rapist, and there's no questions them becoming a thing because rapist is an aweful person) than you'd get a lot more discussion about whether MC should keep the child, and the choice would be up to the author at that point. I've never seen this happen and I doubt it ever will (unless in a flashback about MCs past or for a side character) because readers tend to like to see babies. Not to mention that in areas that allow abortion and for MC to go through the thought process of if she wants to or needs to, she'd most likely keep it anyway. More abortions happen in areas that don't allow it because the girls feel trapped, like there are no other options available for them, so they get reckless and try to preform one on themselves. They don't get the privilege to think calmly and logically about the choices available to them, they just know that if they're parents find out, they're toast. (Also countries that don't allow abortion, probably don't have open adoption facilities too where the new moms can give up the child without worry, they'd have to give birth, would have to keep it, and it'd be a stain on themselves and a stain on their family. It'd ruin their future marriage prospects or carrier choices).

In this situation, MC has a choice, and the readers want him to keep it, which is a valid choice, while he's debating either way in a calm and logical manner, which he is able to do since he has a choice.

Sorry this got a bit long, but that's why you see so much support for him keeping the baby. Just because someone decides to keep a child created in questionable circumstances, doesn't mean they are pro-life.
