In the Korean webtoon version, Daiki clearly said “ 커우야는 늘 이치카만 생각하니까.” which means “Kouya is always only looking out for ICHIKA”. Also when he saw them at the supermarket what he thought was “ 왜 코우야가 이치카를 봐주는거야?” - kinda means “why is Kouya always only looking at Ichika?”
My Korean is poor af so I cannot guarantee 100% they’re all correct but I worship Ichika hard enough to never misread his name in any language I know Daiki definitely said Ichika there. It’s true Keichi is Naruse first name but I don’t think Daiki supposed to call Naruse by his first name there you know... So I guess maybe Coolmic English translators was drunk doing chapter 61 or something idk (￣∇￣")

If any of you notice (or actually keep up with season 2 seriously like I do), Sulhyun’s parents were both killed by the Lycan Lord for running away, and gramps had no choice but to hand him over. Since then poor baby was mistreated by the lycans there and his foster family later on, for YEARS. Sulhyun as a kid was so skinny, almost scrawny, it hurts to look at. Tbh whenever he cries I always feel like crying alongside him. Imagine Hwa not coming back to Korea and attending the same university as Hyun, they would never meet again. Sulhyun would remain suffering with memories of Hwa, all alone until the end of life. Aside from Ino, all the lycans only look at Hyun as a tool for reproduction...
