I agree with you but you cant really blame sohan afterall that's still his father who raised him, I guess his breaking point was the term "family." I mean He already lost his mom and sihwa(I think that's the aliens name) is already planning on leaving earth, his dad is all he has left. But honestly we havw no choice but to endure, On the bright side the more annoying the dad is, the more satisfying his death will be
welp i agree with you. i'm just so angry after reading the last update because of sohan's dad. i really want that old piece of shit to get the fuck out of their life. seriously that hypocrite is all controlling about what's best and what's not about sohan's life. i really love sohan so much he really deserves so much more but i just wish he knew how to say no even to his own sad excuse of a father. i just don't want him to keep letting his father abusing the word "family" while he knowingly aware what he did to him.
Oh god i can't believe i read this in one sitting. this manga gave me lots of emotion but i mostly feel frustrated toward both of them. i hate the moment where ray snitch and betrayed the protesters to the king like bitch?!!! and also ian for being so dumb to stay with ray even though he will be married to the princess.
But then i remember this take place on the 18th century (i believe) and same-sex relationship is almost impossible and ian loved ray too much to let go so i don't blame him. but overall this manga is so good it's worth the read. one of the best bl manga me think. their relationship is just so cute they're so in love with each other. The character development is so amazing and well written. and also SHOUT OUT TO MY BOY NICHOLAS. HE'S THE REAL MVP.
