Praying that he’s not a zombie and we all didn’t just get wet over a corpse being defiled.
Given the title, I’m thinking he could either be the physical manifestation of death, Sisyphus himself, or death possessing someone else’s body. (Edited to add this since it disappeared from my original comment.)
Stop acting like assholes. The leads look alike and the author could have done a better job to differentiate them. No, it’s not impossible to tell them apart, but it’s going to interfere with some readers’ experience and they’re allowed to express their frustration. Chill the fuck out and let’s argue if Minsik is the real serial killer instead.
Idk if it's a reach, but they're actually easy to tell apart. I've literally never gotten them confused bc they prefer different hair styles, have different eye shapes (monolid vs double eyelid), different jawline, subtle differences. AND the priest is muscular while the mc is leaner. Not being able to tell them apart kinda screams "all asians look the same"... that's just my take tho.
That’s a valid take and I have absolutely seen micro-aggressive comments. Personally, I had trouble with the first ten chapters or so, but I took the time to go back over them and figure out those subtleties you mentioned. I have ADHD and do experience face blindness IRL, so I’ve had to train my brain to pick up on facial nuances. I can easily imagine my 19 year old, undiagnosed self reading this and getting frustrated, though. My point being that just because it’s easy for some readers to tell them apart doesn’t mean the readers who struggle are stupid or ignorant.
I have never experienced facial blindness, so I can't really judge anyone for that; seems like it's comparable to dyslexia and discalculia and ik those make life really hard for people that have them. But yea, also like u said, some people are purposely being dense about it.
