According to people who already bought the last episode from the korean website, apparently Shin faints in a meeting bc of his injuries and all that. Sys finds a medicine that can cure him, but obviously Shin can't go cause he's sick so Wolfgang offers himself to go instead, which Shin doesn't like bc he's the king and he can't leave. That's when they fight and Wolfgang uses his sword to give him a royal command that the kingdom will be under Shin's care until Wolfgang comes back. But to answer ur question Shin still is the minister and well, Wolfgang hasn't married yet but their relationship is not in it's best moment
