ik art style got nefed, not on the artist just overall industry standard for scheduling and artist's freedom to maintain consistency or to evolve suck. but I wish wolf's more scruffy masc look didn't get pretty ml-ified
He was never scruffy once he grew up and I think he maintains his body bulk, however I also think some of the illusion of Wolfgang being 'twinkified' is having to do with the artist needing to churn out chapters faster as the story gained popularity, so sacrificing detail for expediency.
