Why do you think that the girl is from the king or Igen? I think she looked like Kasan like a child. So it would be more logical that she is from the servant/assassin girl *can't remember the name* and Kasan's brother... or something. I don't know 'couse I don't understand Chineise but I don't think Igen would sleep with anyone else than Kasan while he is in coma...
But just say it if I'm wrong :D

It's the daughter of the assassin and Kasan's brother. Igen hesitates when Kasan wakes up because Kasan was asleep for several years (hence the child talking and playing). So Igen can't believe that it's not a dream.

if I interpreted correctly i think the right hand man of igen and it looks like the servant of kasan's brother got married (it looks like her at least - i have no clue) and the little girl was calling them mom and dad

That's Kasan's older brother's child (conceived by rape I think). Igen probably had a change of heart during the time that Kasan was in a comma to raise his nephew. That child signifies the end of the cycle of revenge between the two families, so I think it's a very beautiful ending.

Well maybe it's not easy to conceive a child for them but not impossible. Let's hope that it's "just" that. We can just assume that even with all their "sexy time" he's still not pregnant. And that's why he/they think he can't bear a child. As long as we don't see/read the proof that he's not able to, we can still hope! Sometimes miracles happen!

Could be. He needs to stop taking the pills and let his body get used to it without the pills. Many people who'd like to get pregnant need to stop taking the birth control pills. It takes a bit of time to get them out of your system. Sometimes it takes longer. We need to be patient.

He is in love with his older brother. He used others for sex to forget his brother. THe older brother's friend LET HIMSELF be used, he could have said no. So his feelings getting hurt LIES ON HIM. In the end, the uke regretted because he realised because of the older brother's friend, he started forgetting his feelings for his older brother.

The mentioning of the ex-wife and her having a kid waaay back was confusing and very suggestive out of the blue topic isn't it?

I was a bit confused too.. but i think miyauchi meant that destiny is cruel in the sense that he was born as a beta who can't really have a true mate and thus is unable to become Aoi's destined lover but at the same time beautiful because his circumstances eventually led him to meet Kudo and find happiness with him <3
(But yeah, Miyauchi IS indeed Jirou's half brother)

People, learn to read between lines.
Jirou saying that Miyauchi is like a big brother to him, and then the next scene is Jirou's father mentioning.the son of his ex-wife, and saying that wanted to take the son of his ex-wife from SAIONJI (Aoi's family, which Miyauchi work for).

Miyauchi is Jirou's older brother. They share the same mother. The mother abandoned his other mother because she needed to marry Jirou's father.

My interpretation is that Jirou's father mentioned destiny because of his OWN story. The story of his ex-wife, and ex-wife child, and everything connected manifesting in the next generation, their struggle and connection - everything is destiny.
