i have a feeling meguru isn't sentarou's or touma's but the one ririko actually loved. but she knew the dad won't take in meguru and them both are probably the only trust worthy guys enough to take in meguru. ririko might be good in her own way but she was shitty to the people around her.
but i'm rooting for them both to fall in love and adopt meguru
does it have the same author as "Lust"? When I see it, they have similar art style but at the same time slightly different (2020 has improved art style). The author name is the same too "Ryuha" but the works are separated.

there wasn't anything significant about him in Lust. He was shown very briefly and vaguely except the fact that he left home and cut off contact with his family and he might be a civil servant.
