Np, spreading mik/fei love is always a great thing :) Although thye are personally my favorite ship, they are not main characters, specially mik so we dont see him often, which for me is a bit dissapointing since i find him very handsome and funny at times. :) so I tend to take the already existing scenes and overanalyse them while waiting for the next fei/mik scene

Yeah, all of the HK characters are really interesting, it is a pity Sensei doesn't show them as often as many of us would like. ^^ And as for Mikhail, there's plenty of story to tell. I don't think Sensei will waste her chance to show us more. She knows Mikhail, Fei, Yoh, Tao have so many fans.^^

Sorry to bother you but may you please do me a favor? I'm recently a Mikfei shipper, and for some special reasons I can't reach the link of your page. I find Mikhail a quite interesting character full of mysteries, so I'd glad to learn more about him. Sadly there's little information or analysis of him, thus I don't want to miss what you are sharing on that page. I know that reposting the thoughts here may be inconvenient, and I can understand if you don't take my troublesome request. Apologise in advance.

Hi there Decimalism :) No need for apologising, I adore Mik and would love to share my thoughts on him and his relationship with Fei. It really makes me happy to see more people invested in his storyline ^_^ Since you can't open the link, the only thing that comes to my kind is to paste it here in reply. It is nothing special, just my thoughts while I was waiting for the next chap hoping to see soon Mik and Fei, hopefully in bed again :D Juat bare in mind that this was after the chapter when Fei got kkidnapped and we didn't know anything :) So here it is:

Title: Will Mikhail honour the deal? Did he ever intend to?

Your opinions on this please :) At first I was convinced that he will do what he promised. But the more I think about it I am less sure. Mik is a player, and a very smart one, he carefully prepares his playground before he enters the scene. And we saw how much he was against the idea on taking on the rebels. Yet he agrees in exchange to get his hands on Fei. It is clear that he desires Fei but I would expect him to refuse this offer and continue to hit on Fei, trying to seize some other opportunity to take him to bed.


Basically, I can’t see his character doing something so risky and even stupid, since he is highly aware just how much problematic rebels are. He said it him self - to go after them would literally mean risking his life and there is no money to pay him to do that. Still, on the other hand it makes me also think that maybe he will not go against them openly but try pulling something from the shadows, he is very good at that. He seems like a very complex character and I find myself more interested to know about him.

Also, If he planned to betray Fei then how he would deal with Fei later? I didn’t get the impression that would be satisfied with one night stand.

Or maybe he is just that crazy and will really go against rebels. Personally I hope he is :D I can’t help but want to see him saving Fei.

Ah yes, and with Fei being kidnapped, how does that change the whole deal? Or it doesn’t change anything?


Title: Fei’s emotions and him using Mikhail’s???

What kind of emotion do you think Fei has at the moment for Mik. He is definitely not in love with him, he still didn’t show that he cares, but it is possible that he is at least slightly attracted to him? To be honest, I can’t imagine Fei going into bed with just anybody for the sole reason of having rebels crushed. And he agreed quite fast. Even Mikhail got confused, his face expression was priceless :D Which brings me to the second question…Did Fei go to Mikhail because he knew that he could persuade him, if not with his money then with his body and charm, to take down the rebels? How much is he actually aware of Mik’s desire for him????

Title: And where’s the kiss?

Though I really wanted to see Fei and Misha kiss during that sex scene now I am glad that it wasn’t drawn. Oh I am pretty sure that Mikhail wanted to kiss Fei and that he did that. From what we saw Fei was quite compliant with Misha’s wishes in bed. So I don’t see him refusing the kiss. But the kiss is more intimate. That’s way I believe we will see again Fei and Misha in bed, when their relationship isn’t just a pure transaction, but feeling are got involved and then we will have the kissing scene because then it will have more meaning :)


Title: The timing of the sex scene

I can’t help but be under the impression that the sex scene between Feilong and Misha happened for a reason just before Fei got kidnapped. It is obvious that Mikhail likes Fei but we still don’t know how much. For now, it looks more like deep attraction. But after that sex scene, it might happen that Mikhail starts to think about it as something more. It would be little unexpected maybe if he run to Fei’s help before they slept together, but I can now totally imagine it.

Accepting the deal, Misha showed how much he craved for Fei and I assume he will want him back…in his bed again if possible :D It was quite cute how he got all confused when Fei actually agreed to his roposal to sleep with him. Mikhail was totally against taking on the rebels, and for a good reason. To stay out of their way would be smart and he is a smart guy, but he still accepted it when he got offered Fei as a prize.

So, how will he find out that Fei got kidnapped? I don’t think it will be Yoh, though I wouldn’t mind. It is more likely that one of his spies will inform him.

There should be more blogs tumblr like yours and even better if you managed to post in there more often to talk about your favorites. It would be truly refreshing for many of us fans. ^^

I love your ideas. :) I agree with everything. And I personally think Mikhail will honour the deal. We have already a new double-crossing character - Sakazaki, so Mikhail, at least with Fei can be a bit more reliable. Also as YA said, this deal with Fei might cost something for Mikhail, so it seems to me, she is planning to make Mikhail do something that might risk his own well-being. Especially now that it is Yuri who has Fei...

Yeah, it looks clear as the sun. Sakazaki and Sudou are the unreliable cards in this.

Thanks LadyLight, I very much enjoyed posts from other people about Fei and Mik, and re-read them a few times since unfortunately there are not many of them. Hopefully, the fandom will soon blossom is sensei gives us a bit hope, but even if that does not happen I will still think that Mik and Fei are perfect for each other and that their dynamic is very gripping. I will try to post more, just trying to find some time between work and my kid to gather some thoughts :)

I would be really grateful. I'm more a Fei fan than shipping him with other characters, but I love discussions around him.

ah yeah, if you like Mik and Fei I recommend reading fanfic Dire Consequences. I read a hundreds of fanfics in general and this one is my top 5, the way it is written is amazing. I, too, adore reading others idea on this pairing because the lack of their interaction and existence in the manga, and there's so little fan fiction that never satisfies my need. I somehow read other's comments as fanfics and by digesting their thoughts I can get more details on their characters.

I really appreciate your analysis, and to me, I think Mikhail first accepts the deal with honor, but at that time his tactics might not be what Fei is expecting. Fei requires him to catch the attention of rebels and distribute the pressure on his territory and A&A, but in my opinion Mikhail seems more likely to prefer acting behind Asami. Fei might also doubt that. However, now Fei already places him in front of the stage, whatever he has in mind before won't be able to show up to us.

I read Dire Consequences months ago and became quite fascinate with Mikhail here! Thank you so much for your recommendation! (づ￣ ³￣)づ～♡
