god how i wish more bl mangas were like thisā¦ the right amount of conflict without relaying into too many tropes. Most couples donāt need external sources (gossping, outing, third wheelers) on a regular basis to have conflict. Itās nice to see couples who argue and have differences even after getting together due to their personalities and internal struggles. makes them feel more real and their interactions be more meaningful. too many couples in BL are all flowers and rainbows after they get together (usually because the uke submits to the seme and avoids conflict all together). Canāt wait for the sode stories.
