there are so many questions in my mind right now T__T like what was hyunwoo's motive for doing that to jisoo?? was he just a psychopath? also i wanted to know the contents of the phone that made sungboom back off.. hmm i wish the story was more developed it wouldve been a great angst-filled, psychological story

I'm basing my answer to you on what I know of human psychology. The most likely reason, IMO, for Hyunwoo to do what he did to Jisoo would be to draw him closer to him. Why not just be his friend for real then, right? Why have older students bully him? He wanted Jisoo to be utterly dependent on him and he only had a short life expectancy to get the results he wanted and be able to enjoy them. It's all about power and control. Which he had little of in his own life. He had no siblings to either bully or be dependent on him and his parents seemed more concerned about him being an heir than about him dying. So, a shy, introverted, socially awkward and bullied freshman in a new environment who is running away from a scandal at his old school is a perfect target. As Jisoo's "saviour" he could gently, yet easily, manipulate Jisoo to do anything he wanted and no one would suspect a thing. He was just getting to the point where he had Jisoo dancing in the palm of his hand when he was forced to leave school. Had he remained, there is no telling what Hyunwoo's ultimate plans would have been. This is how pimps manipulate the prostitutes they command and I imagine that may have been one of the many things Hyunwoo had on his "to do list" for Jisoo. There is also a neurological aspect that can also be considered. When a tumor forms in the brain it interrupts the way signals are normally transmitted. Which means, Hyunwoo could have had those older students bully Jisoo because he loved him and wanted his attention. His brain could have messed up the signals that determine right and wrong due to the tumor. Though, I admit, the way Hyunwoo acts in the final chapters seems like he was quite aware from the beginning that what he was doing was wrong. Hyunwoo was a wealthy young master who enjoyed watching people jump at his command, but Jisoo wasn't the type to jump for anyone. So, Hyunwoo chose to be Jisoo's saviour in order to get him to jump for Hyunwoo only and do it happily. He wanted him to be his dog, basically Rather than bully him, he manipulated Jisoo with kindness. Eventually, Hyunwoo would have put pressure on Jisoo to repay the kindness he showed by being his saviour. That would be when Jisoo would start happily jumping at his command, just like a well trained dog.
