this whole story started from Jaeshin gambling. He lost so he was talked into removing a name from the death book and fucked with time, his dad the U/W King ?yeomra? made him a deal, you can come back if you get a humans heart (get a human fall in love and you) it was like mahjong game he was playing, it hinted that he played often I do believe.
For how lavish his family lives with jewels and gold I am sure, he could get money np. He's always had money to eat out or drink soju at the gisaeng houses.. it shows in the way he dresses

Here’s the thing, I don’t get why your reasoning is not as valid as my original question when it’s not explicitly told why he’s rich like I DO SEE HIS LAVISH CLOTHES WHY DO YOU ASSUME I DONT you just assume everything and I’m fucking stupid when you don’t get my point. And to save you some thinking as well I know some chapter far down Jaeshin asked a random hostess to prepare him clothes so yeah we can cross out the clothes suddenly appearing when he turns from his puppy self. He could have been sneaking off the palace before to the whore house where he has stored stuff but the current chapter is set far away in the country side so are the readers also just supposed to assume Jaeshin knows some whore here was he popping everywhere all at once to maintain such relationships with humans? That’s not so clear, right? SO WHERE DID HE GET HIS FUCKING MONEY? Do you understand my question now?? Jaeshin have a PLOT ARMOUR that’s probably the best answer you can give me
