Uk that uploading a bad quality translation kill the chances of the manhwa getting uploaded later on with better quality and official translation ?? So u r actually being grateful for smtg that is not in ur own good ..

“Actually why don’t you do it??” Heh nice joke. Okay, first of all. These speech bubbles are transparent. That means you can’t just clean them with a layer of white on 100% opacity. You have to PICK the colors, clean them, redraw then, and typeset the text the way it originally was. That’s already enough work. And the smut scenes. They have TONS of SFX which I can assure you, is very hard to clean, and more so, write. As an artist myself, I only do roughly 20 panels per update. This artist is doing way more which means that much more art needs to be cleaned. And from my standpoint, to do all this “well”, and to “do a good translation”, the translator would need to spend HOURS to clean and HOURS to typeset. This isn’t just some “let me sit down on Google Docs and type” kind of thing. It’s something that people are PAID to do. Why do you think comics have their own designated typesetters? Well, I didn’ get typesetter because I was too lazy. I got one because typesetting is HARD! Cleaning makes it a whole ‘nother deal. The translator is doing this without a pay. Translators get paid, typesetters get paid, and cleaners get paid. But this person is just doing it all on their own. Even if you may not like their job, don’t complain! It’s their hard work! Would you like it if you made food for someone without them asking and all they did was complain? Well, that’s what is happening now. Please rethink your words. You obviously don’t know how much work it is to translate.

Tbvh i didn't read all of it, but what u r talking abt is not in this manhwa .. they didn't clean it perfectly, they didn't type it goodly, and transition we don't even need to talk about it :|
Also just to add smtg, they r ruining the author's plot by this poor transition, and they were uploading it on a personal website to get profits out of it .. out of this garbage

Ahhh XD I was talking about how that person just said “why don’t u do it then” so I told them how hard it is to... translate. I admit, the translator didn’t do that good of a job, but it still takes time and effort and you can’t just “do it” ^^;

And yes, it is true that a bad translation can make the plot seem worse, but the whole point of my (giant essay) was to say that translating something isn’t just an easy thing and you can’t just say “why don’t u do it then” LOL

But what u said is true, transiting + cleaning + typing needs a team and its a loooot of work to do, but what u said doesn't apply to this translator cuz they didn't do the bar minimum.. the cleaning was awful and the writings were out of the bubbles ..
I mean for the first episode (chapter) they could at least screen it from the Korean lezhin for a better quality but they still stole it from the Korean raws website i mean how stupid ? and saying they were doing their best, no .. just no
If u aren't a pro and YOU KNOW u can't translate then dont do it pliz .. this manhwa will have an official translation anyway but they just wanted to earn money out of it and put their credit on it

and btw when i said why dont u do it, i meant only for urself, u can get the raws for free and translate them using google and read them by urself
But dont upload them and force them on ppl cuz some of us prefer a good quality even if its an illegal website
