I think because ichirai implicate that he could have sex with anyone other than teacher but he's actually just a good kid who stays home a lot. In last panels teacher realize the truth that ichirai went to game center with some friends, not tried to have sex with some stranger (bfore that ichirai lie to teacher and said that teacher was interrupting him having sex with da stranger). *pardon my broken english, not my first language.
