I'm in the middle of the novel and I have to say the girls aren't really annoying in the novel also alot of the odd things they do are explained. He ended payed half the rent because it's a 4 bedroom and he got the whole West wing for him and his sister who is basically his dependant at this point they don't explain anything in the manga about this for some reason. (Also she's supposed to be staying with him for breaks and some weekends.)
