Because Ali-san's full name is Alikred right? So if you reverse his full name it will be DERKILA which can be pronounce as DELKIRA which was the name of the former demon king who went missing!!! Knowing that in the anime adaptation when Ali-san was ask about his name, he gives some time to think and give his name with his back facing Iruma is very suspicious! And in chapter 45 where Ali-san's name ALIKRED/ALICRED means the reverse meaning of "The Missing Demon King" which is DELKIRA/DELCIRA is very interesting!!! Well what do you think guys?
