I’ve always thought that this manga in particular doesn’t portray the “fated pair” concept as strongly as other omega verse mangas do. It just seems like basic attraction in this manga, and not this soul crushing, earth shattering bond that other omega verses show ╮(￣▽￣)╭
To me, it seems the author took the route that the bond is instinctual in the beginning when the pair fits meets and during heats, but an immunity is built up after that first shock to the soul and the pair is able to "think" again. I really like the fact that the omega is fighting the bond. I like Fuji way more as a person. I kind of don't like the alpha at all. Which is shocking to me because I'll normally find some way to look at a main in a good light. Lol. I feel bad for the butler though.
But yeah, apart from their beginning meet, the omega is certainly building up a tolerance for his alpha.
Oh I’m not really saying this because I want the omega and alpha to end up together. I don’t particularly like the alpha or the beta more. And I kinda had it figured that the omega and beta were canon since the beginning.
I’m talking more in general sense, Just how the fated pair concept is shown in this omegaverse. I’m just not feeling it, it doesn’t feel that powerful, that binding, it feels like a typical attraction between omegas and alphas that we see in other omegaverses.
I remember reading two other omegaverses where the omega breaks or refuses a fated pair, and I remember really enjoying reading those, where the stakes felt real and pretty heavy.

I totally get what you mean. Apart from their first meeting, the "intense attraction " normally associated with a fated pair just wasn't there for what we're familiar with.
"Kurui Naku no wa Boku no Ban Beta" is actually a perfect story for you if you haven't yet read it. It's ongoing but it's almost completed. Probably has about two more chapters.

I understand both sides. The frustration of having to do all the work by yourself. And also the frustration of having to deal with an inflexible person who’s basically preventing you from going ahead in something you worked hard to achieve, because of misunderstandings and miscommunication. I’ve experienced both.
Personally I think there is some room for flexibility on the professor or hat wearing dude’s side. Also I will never understand professors who take attendance in university.
And I’m happy all my suspicions were validated, Soowon has been and will forever be a psycho who works at achieving his goals by any means necessary (doesn’t mean he can’t be “nice” here and there), and king IL loved his wife, I never once believed he was this absolute monster we were being tricked to believe (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

But if this was real life, I’ma have to say if an adult notices a teacher in an intimate relationship with a student and ends up saying nothing and doing nothing about it, I’d consider that adult pretty culpable (〜￣△￣)〜

The guy who was friends with Ren(Kuon at the time) named Rick who taught ren to eat that egg dish thing. Anyways Rick died accidentally due to Ren and Tina who was Rick’s girlfriend blamed Ren for everything.
Basically, Tina = Rick’s Girlfriend
Rick = Ren’s deceased friend
This was during the full moon shooting where Ren did that car action scene.

How I understood the last two chapter -
Cain sensed that something outside their consciousness was going wrong, so Cain stopped the operation and saw that in the process of taking out the shard that’s in his chest they almost corrupted Do Gyeong Joon’s soul. That’s why I don’t think Cain’s completely 100% power yet. He saw Satan’s army coming for them and went off to fight them, leaving the doctor to help Do Gyeong Joon. Before leaving I think he saved the doctor, because he was dying and couldn’t regenerate before they woke up.
He also probably told the doctor to say whatever he can to make sure Gyeong Joon doesn’t search for him after he’s gone.
