Maybe this manhwa is like that, cause the Duke remembered the Og Sheriel being kind and gentle like how the mc is right now. It was after their marriage and birth of their son did she change. Pronouns are, I believe, gender-neutral in japan and korea but they should have chosen male pronouns after seeing the future picture of the kid having a male silhouette (because this is a setting that has women wear dresses as standard, so we know it's a boy for sure).
