The most interesting thing is that Dan only really liked JK bc he was the one to help him the most. He picked Dan up, let him stay at his home, allowed him to save his grandmother's things, gave him a job at the gym, etc. Like Dan is right, he has been so alone and helpless for so long that any sign of possible kindness was all he needed to develop kind feelings, and with his history of being assaulted and beaten he most likely didn't even consider all his abuse by JK as all that bad. Incredibly fucked up but Dan needed to realize that he built a fake persona around JK who is a terrible terrible person.
Ultimately, I hope he is either contacted for info or to work as a spy because he may be freed from JK and gain some agency by making the choice. It would also be funny as hell to see JK be out-bid for the loyalty and assistance of Dan, but that's just me.
I'm kinda sad it ended, cause I would've loved to see the kids and how their relationships worked. But it's fine, I'll just reread it a lot. It's mindless smut, so it's not like there was any intention for us to read a masterpiece lol
It's all just sad. You have two people married off that have two vastly different emotions towards each other and although their relationship is improving, there is no guarantee towards anything. One is not required to share the emotions with the other, and there is the lingering doubts bc an heir is needed. Feel bad for both.
It will always be Kashima and Toono, and I will die on this hill. Toono and Yachan fit better as friends and despite the mini crush Toono had, there are bigger hints at Toono developing feelings for Kashima. Will root for these two over anyone!

Honestly this is a Tokyo Ghoul situation. There are demons who hurt and take advantage of humans, of course they are scared and wary. In the same breath however, the association has those working in cruel ways and group all demons as dangerous killers. This is a lose-lose situation, humans will live in fear of being hurt and demons will struggle to be accepted due to the actions of bad actors. Additionally, resentment builds resentment and people/demons want revenge and continue to hurt each other. Honestly, it's sad.

So much arguing... idk sure you can dislike the trope and even drop the story, I mean you're all free to have your opinions buuuut everyone (on both ends) are being annoying. Comment what you want honestly but if you disagree with someone just ignore them and move on.
I don't particularly care because I have strictly drawn a line between fiction/fantasy and reality, where I can acknowledge the relationship between the two while enjoying all kinds of content. Personally I have seen worse and better but I just want to sometimes read in peace without thinking about reality, although I can also acknowledge that some may find the content terrible and can see that for young and/or less mature readers (as maturity can be impacted by age and other factors) this type of content may not healthy. Trust me, I was impacted but I have grown and matured enough to draw the mental line and work on correcting my issues while still enjoying the medium.
Anyways, enjoy it or not, just stop arguing or at least politely debate as many on both sides seem capable of that and not name calling and being threatening.
I guess we were living in a rose-tinted world for a bit. Hopefully both of them can not only support one another but also gain outside support. They seem to have gone through a lot in their lives, so they deserve a shot at happiness.

This new chapter was meh at best and ew at worst. I get how it got to the point it did BUT it made little sense bc it had little to no build up AND basically forgot the assault factor????? Like if the uke was only beat up or smt like that, I would be able to accept it more, but an attempted assault?! Nope. Why is he apologizing for beating the assaulters up? Also if we had more clues from the start about the suspicions of the other group or their dynamics, it could have allowed for better build up to the whole talking it out. Maybe more interactions? Idk, maybe bc it is only 5 chapters and had a changing pace that it feels like there is missing content. Also the assault bit.
Was hopeful for more but alas, was disappointed enough to point it out.
Ppl Complaining about the lack of plot need to accept that the author wanted to focus on the smut. Is it weird to some? Extreme? Problematic? Yeah, but the point was never to make an intricate plot but to make smut (in whatever form) about the MC getting railed by multiple dudes. You can find it weird or be worried about those who enjoy it but the reality is that it was meant to be weird and smutty for the weirdos (of which there are many here lol) ╮(￣▽￣)╭ not trying to start fights but c'mon lolololol
