If you liked this story, I suggest you do not read the sequel. It is the story of Yullur and Saya, which doesn't go over very well. Like even if you ignore the age gap or don't necessarily care for Yullur having watched Saya grow up, it's just not that well-written either. It's one of the worst stories by the author.

Personally, I thought that Saya was going to have a one-sided crush and he was going to meet someone else once Yullur went off to his adventures (like a growing up story about letting go and embracing new things). And it just hits you like a bus when it turns out Yullur does like Saya (a literal copy of his mother, who Yullur used to like btw). I'm usually not too worried about problematic topics or couples in fiction, but because you have the context of the original story, the characters and story are ruined. Yullur is a sweet and cool character here, but the sequel makes him out to be like some creepy uncle waiting for a girl to turn 18 to chase them.

I can't say for certain, but I think by the time the bonus chapter happened, there wasn't anything planned yet. It is supposed to be cute uncle-nephew stuff at that point, but because the mangaka later came out with the sequel, it retroactively made the bonus chapter weird.

I figure it's related to brain function, so something like a tumor. And brain cancer is very difficult to treat, I think most ppl die of it depending on the type. And if he was considered terminal, it could have been a very aggressive type. My assumption is that either his family had him go back for treatment or ML's mom convinced him to go back for treatment. She seems like someone who would put others first and if it's someone she loves, she'll definitely make sacrifices for them. But the dad doesn't seem like the careless or selfish type, so I think he didn't know they were going to have a son (otherwise, it seems to me like he would be the type to be stubborn and refuse to leave until his son was born). I could be wrong, but man terminal diseases are a bitch.

Super short and you get breadcrumbs at best.

Leon is trying to get to the cave exit but Beryl is in the way. Beryl what's to know if Leon really abandoned him. Leon figures that Beryl is just dumb enough that he can try seduction again. Beryl is not affected as much, and he asks why Leon keeps running away. However, Leon asks him if instead of staying, the two could run away together. Beryl says Nergal will catch up fast and that he just wants to be around Leon to protect him. Leon immediately tells Beryl that he doesn't want to protect Leon, he just wants to fuck him like everyone else. End of chapter.

I keep saying that the dad is not some evil guy. He seems too honest to be hiding some evil intentions.

I think most of us here cant come to terms with the fact that he left his family. We're waiting for a very reasonable explanation that could have caused him to leave and never come back.

Valid opinion, I just personally think everyone jumped to conclusions super fast before we even got to know the reason of why he left to begin with. Some had even made up their mind already that he was going to try to separate ML and MC without proof. This happened with not just the dad but with every new character. The elderly man who gave his daughter up for adoption wasn't inherently evil for his actions, he had been desperate and reckless but not some cartoon villain. The girl with the emotional issues was immediately villainized too because she said something reckless, but it wasn't that she was this maniacal young adult. She was just lost and hurt, and she lashed out at the wrong people even if she is still stubborn about things. When the dad was introduced I saw ppl wishing he would die and he hadn't even spoken yet! As the story tells us, things aren't black and white, and while we can hurt people, it doesn't make us evil and we can always try to start over if we are given the chance to make changes or to ask for forgiveness. And the more we see of the father, the more open-minded I became because he doesn't appear to be some evil man with a secret agenda that will destroy the village. Maybe he didn't have an entirely valid reason to leave, but we didn't have a single clue as to why before this chapter and my stance was to see what he had to say first. Villainizing him only makes it easier to create a barrier and set up too high expectations on why he left. It entirely possibly he didn't even know he had a son as well. But I do agree on waiting to hear the dad out first.

Poor Yaba, he's gone through TOO much. I do feel bad for Cocaine but I also can't root too much for him, because what he wants will result in Yaba going into the deep-end. I'm glad there's a somewhat happy ending though.

I do not think the father is some evil guy who straight up abandoned his family. It seems he wasn't ever married to MLs mom, so it's possible he never even knew he had a son. I also think this because he isn't trying to like butter up to ML, and I think someone who wanted to APPEAR like they care would have been trying to win over their kid by now. It's also possible that they were forced apart by circumstances out of their control based on the dream the father had, it doesn't seem like he up and left her, but that she went away. The dream could also be symbolic, but the point is that the father doesn't seem like a bad guy who wants to ruin things or take something valuable, because he would certainly be trying to win over his long-lost son by now instead of wandering around a remote village. Some people here are so quick to be hostile about a new character who hasn't even said or done anything bad. He hasn't even tried to excuse his absence from his son's life like a deadbeat (parents who knowingly neglect their children) or tried to meddle in his son's life, he's just vibing around the village.

I've read fucked up shit but this one takes the cake purely because of the Cuck Chair CEO that is the MC. I can accept a lot things but cucks are too pathetic to me. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

If there is a possibility of bulls being a thing too, then Milton could get pregnant. I need to see more about this for research. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Also Little A doing investigations and wanting to help everyone out is cute ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

The chapter has been translated by the usual translator, but I think it'll be uploaded separately so keep an eye out! You might not get an update here but it'll be uploaded soon!
