i don’t like this arc or whatever. Kinda disappointed with mc. Also what if the sil still acts the way she is and doesn’t want to do anything with them ? then what ? What if she still continues or doesn’t bother listening to ml? Also i felt like mc was overstepping or being pushy in these arcs. Of course ml is also at fault and has issues but in the end both of them don’t really trust each other which is something that kinda frustrates me.
Also if the roles were reversed people would be hating on theo and calling mc a saint or something. ( not all but yeah)
Also doesn’t mean that i hate mc or ml , i just wish that they start to trust each other a bit and all. Cause if not then in the end we will only see this happening again and again.
Also i am getting bored of this manhwa like the plot is just not progressing. Just my opinion.
And i don’t like the sister in law , You all can give her the damn sob story and all but until she gets a good redemption arc then no , but i have my doubts if she get one.

what i would say in behalf of MC though is even though her initial intentions at finding the truth feels like meddling, i think she still has the right to know bc this kind of thing /does/ involve her, like any other women bc even though the sis-in-law was most likely projecting, it's still a horrible thought to have esp for women that lived in that family, whom so many have died and whom they risked their lives for.
the MC already died countless times for the family, selphie and the ML wants the MC to stay in the family, selphie calls the MC her mom, and the ml wants to be romantically involved with mc— for me, if these are not good enough reasons for her to be involved in family matters, then what would be? it's like she's doing so much /for/ the family and she /is/ family but only until the moment comes when they want to take away her right to know family matters they don't want her to know, most probably the same matters and secrets she already died for.
But this was not really the way to do it and how she is trying to have all of them rekindle their relationship, that’s why i called her pushy and overstepping ml’s boundaries. No one is saying that she doesn’t deserves to know about this stuff but at least she could’ve waited a bit and let ml tell her himself. It was clear that ml felt uncomfortable with sil. And the thing which pissed me off the most was how she believed this woman she met once who abandoned her son over her damn husband.
Also why is no one asking for celphi’s opinion? What is his opinion on this ? Does he even want this ?
But again sil has never shown any concern for her own son and that should’ve answered mc. In the novel that was how it went. This is why i feel like she is projecting hard and feel disappointed with her.

yeah but I'm not saying she should not interfere at all but her way of going about it is way too aggressive and insensitive and she seems pretty inconsiderate and I still dont get how her knowing the truth has anything to do with the family reconciling with the sister in law when both parties involved dont feel comfortable it's like she's forcing them to get along
so the group who were translating this has closed their team. So i don’t think we will see any translations/ updates unless another team picks up. I don't know if this is taking place necessarly before or after the first manwha but it is in the same universe (we've seen the sister of the first manwha's mc in this)
As for the title idk LOL i mean...the first manwha is called Pond snail robber. The titles of this author's works may work in korean but not in english
I'm pretty sure it's after, remember that she gifted that red shirt to Kyunbing? that shirt was used in the first manwha to try to subtle hint the oldest sister of her orientation and that hapened almost at the end of the story
i don’t understand why everyone is complaining about the ml. I like both of them a lot , also what do you all expect ml to be like ? fl is strong and tbh if ml was not here i dont think fl would’ve had a chance to get a perfect revenge. Plus i am glad that this is not like those other manhwas ( like contract and shit ) and just like someone mentioned it earlier , ml is her stepping stone. It’s not like he is trying to get in her way or some shit so i dont see the problem. Also i think it was shown from the first chapter when ml came to fl , i mean he said it himself that he can’t really do much with healing powers and all but he has the authority ( power) i mean he is an emperor.
I like him better now, but I understand the complains. FL is running around earning benefits for and proving her worth to a man, who not only neglected and insulted her, but also allowed his concubines to abuse her in both previous and current life. I know they were enemies, but FL was innocent. FL killed his soldiers, but only because the MC wanted to invade her country. Besides that, she never did anything to deserve being treated badly by ML. And ML also knows this.

This was also proved when other countries prince or people called mc a demon or similar stuff ( in this timeline ) Ml only found out way later hence why he let her go like why else the man whose whole character is based on being ruthless and evil will let her go back to her country , even in this timeline he realise it slowly after interacting and observing her. Also i am not even going to talk about the war cause i think both of them had their reasons and all. Also i dont think ml treated her badly in this timeline at least. If we are gonna talk about last timeline then again ml only knew or kind of realise it (not sure ?) after he healed mc’s eyes and let her go.
Also ml has never treated his concubine as his wife or something. He only got married for one thing and that’s gaining something from them for his empire. It was never out of love and he never interacted with them like lovers or something. So i would think it’s very out of character for him to suddenly out of nowhere start favouring fl or something. Oh i am just stating my opinion not trying to blame or something. This turned out really long cause in the end i just started ranting lol ┗( T﹏T )┛

No worry. I do agree with you. His actions make sense considering his personality. I disliked him in the beginning, but I like how he gradually came to love her and also acknowledged and rewarded her for everything that she has done for him.
