Hopefully this clears things up SO BASICALLY (Idk their names but) The guy who found the toys is the reason that the main character has the Jinx. And for the backstory, blondey(mc) brought home a “special friend” (idk if they were dating) and the guy who caused the jinx was there. And MC’s little brother is friends with Jinx guy. And I think jinx guy is about to expose MC to his little brother about what they had previously been doing. And jinx guy was known for being like scary and stuff I think???
