i can't really say which is better, but if you're interested in full version, you might want to read the manga since the anime often removes certain parts, including the most entertaining and significant ones. nonetheless, i truly enjoyed watching season 4; it even made me tear up a bit haha. i also finished watching the movie, the battle of the dumpster. the animation from then improved a lot. now, i'm reading the manga to finish all the seasons, but if you want to read the season 4 you can start from chapter 207 to 292 :))
