My theory, but I think that the villain that he wanted to take revenge on no longer exist. because of the things that he are doing. I think that its resulting a butterfly effect where it changes the possible reasons why that man became a villain in the first place.
Also my theory on the doctor that upgraded his eyes, I think that the man in chains is the one who he wants to kill. But I hope that in the future since he was looking for a strategic man, he will choose that man and will change his fate.
Those are very interesting points. I dont agree with the first since I believe the steps he's taking will prevent the extensive damage but not the event from taking place, but I could live happy should your theory come to pass.

If you dont want much sex tho look at more shounen ai stories theres none in those and some only have it in the side stories. Biting tiger is the same its only in the side stories and that can also be read seperately
