Reading the novel, I might have to say he was just really lucky? We could say it was already plotted by the author that way. It was just convenient for cale to get the ancient power somewhere near and accessible to him.

At one point Yuder describes what Nahan wants to achieve similar to what Kishiar wants to achieve, but going about it the complete opposite ways.
While Kishiar uses strategy and tactics, Nahan prefers to destroy everything in his path

Never said his actions were right lol, I just like how he's written. I think it's because I'm reading the novel. I liked his last interaction with Yuder and I'm soooo curious what role he'll play next
I think that I'll be dropping this, don't get me wrong the plot is kinda good but I dislike the mc (for being mebtally weak with no character development even though it's chapter 50 now and the ml (especially he's an asshole from the start)

literally couldn’t agree more. i read up to chapter 161 in the novel but i just started hating the MC bc he’s so dumb, irritating, and frustrating. i originally thought the ML deserved to suffer bc he was sh!tty at the beginning. but now i just feel like the ML deserves better than the MC. god. i just cannot stand the MC.
That's a bit sad for tomer's part, It must've been sad that the thing that she thought about her father was wrong from the start. And she didn't even had a proper conversation to him about what really happened only the last letter left by his father ╥﹏╥
