Hi, I haven't read this yet and I just wanna ask, what's the story about? If you have time ofcourse

Sure so the story starts pretty normal the main lead is the uke he works at an office and the whole department receives a message saying that the manager has died and all of them are like sad because it was out of nowhere , he feels numb all day does not even cry but when he is going home he breaks down in tears and then the supposedly dead manager appears in front of him he is not dead , but the manager is in kind of a numb state too, as soon as he appears in front of uke he turns into a snake, the uke is shocked so he takes him to his house and takes care of the snake (which is the seme and the "dead" boss) , so he is not dead he faked his dead because he was in love of the uke and could not stand to be near him and love him so much ( U get to see this later on) real story is they had a relationship , not only I the office but it happens that they were a couple in their past lives, so they are bound by fate and magic. The snake (seme) is a god and was to become a dragon but he refused to ascend because he found his mate and in order to ascend he needed to kill his mate and when he did he was doomed, so he fell for uke which was his mate in prev life but everything started to fall apart , ukes family got ill, crops died , animals died, and uke itself fell ill and was doomed to die so the snake uke found a mountain god for help, the god told him the second he refused his ascension and lived with the uke he bestowed bad luck and just calamity to his life, the best thing he could do was trapped himself in a cave so uke could forget about him and die in peace that way uke could reincarnate, fast forward in second life uke found him as a child in a cave and woke him up from a sleep slumber snake seme he has (like 500 years ) he was nervous and static to found uke , but was scared because of the bad luck surrounding him he later one found out the child was abandoned by his parent in the mountain , and they abused him physically like ebat him up so snake seme learned that the child was not reincarnated with good luck he was born with bad luck so he started to absorb the bad luck and was finding ways to find a family for uke cuz he was a child in this second life he found an orphanage and erased his memories so kid could grow up happy and find a partner since snake seme cannot be with him because of misfortune and calamity, however snake seme could not stay awake and basically protected the child from afar and when he was an adult he entered the same company the uke was from so they started to get along , he fought the urge to not be with him but uke never dated , and was always alone but his eyer smiled and twinkle whenever he saw the snake uke in the office so he new he was interested so snake uke was not able to stay away, they started a relationship to say but he then faked his death because the bad luck and misfortune he was absorbing from uke was so strong he needed to stay away to protect him so then he appears in front of uke as I mentioned in the beginning uke takes care of him and the snake seme is in a beast state trance and forgets basically everything , uke tends to him ,he receives help from the same mountain god and another lizard like spirit that befriends them and his neighbor who is a guy that's basically a good luck talisman, so the lizard God shows them their past lien all of.it past life endurance how he care for child in this life and they remember everything , after that uke falls in a sleep slumber and doesn't wake up

What happens is that the snake seme in past life unintentionally separates a part of his like god soul and inserted it on uke so uke has like the bad part of the snake god soul and the only one way to give that piece back to seme is for snake seme.to swallow him whole but spit him out before he kills him , he just needs to "eat" the bad god soul that uke has inside so the bad karma ,calamity and luck just gets out of his body, and they do that and it gets fixed... After that we can see just snippets of their life, snake seme returns to office , they live together the snake lizard God and their good karma neighbor end up together as second couple and help the mountain god find another god since mountain god is gonna die soon,

The whole manhwa is wholesome because of the feelings and the things they experience like it recommend reading it , i cried with this. Tbh and in the side stories u csn see a ghost hiker that died in the mountain and misses his son, then he reunites with son after years and it's so precious , I mean there's a lot , read it!!!!!
