i bet the angst will come from andrew's background. i’ve been rereading, and honestly, there doesn't seem to be much of a problem in their relationship itself, luke is open about his feelings, after all. the author also clarified andrew’s actions, so i think there’ll be little to no angst if we’re just talking about andrew and luke. so it’s probably andrew’s past, especially since it hasn’t been discussed between them yet, plus there’s the situation with taylor.
reading this all over again from chapter 1 feels like witnessing the second coming of christ.
done reading, and this is really good. tbh, if jiho were a little older, i think more people (especially those who aren’t fans of big age gaps) would’ve loved this. but then i also realized the story would’ve played out differently if their age dynamic changed. anyway, it’s fiction in the end, so i'd say that their relationship is so endearing.
i read the whole novel in one go just to move on from that scene where jiwon caught jungwoo and his (now ex) girlfriend kissing
fuck their friendship is so wholesome and genuine :(
"should i just pretend i didnt hear that?"
"nah i gotta listen to the wifey"

i’ve reread this a couple of times already, but soohyun’s brother’s face still does something to me istg it makes me want to bite my whole fist
because of my goldfish memory, i forgot the title of the story i was reading last month—so please help me out! the plot was about this writer guy (he was divorced) who didn’t have a sense of taste. he gets introduced to the main character, who writes about food (maybe a columnist?), and he rlly likes sweets.
“i want to protect his dreams, no matter what it takes” the BEST bf ever. but why do i feel like this line is hinting at whats about to happen next? its giving calm before the storm vibes
can someone just spoil this for me? im kinda hesitant to read it
