This is trash, it had potential, but MC uses his body as a bargaining chip which is just disturbing and sad to me. It particularly feels like cheating as he is the emperor's lover who actually loves him and hasn't slept with the other concubine. While MC allows others to kiss him and suck him off, that's just not to my taste. I don't particularly like the ML either as he is really weak willed. He's willing to fall into the traps of the other concubine so "MC can live" plain stupid. The art style is the least of my concerns both characters are just annoying.
No plot just sex. Not blood related but adopted sibling relationship. However, it seems like Leo was adopted in high school, so they weren't raised together. I think Sui calls Leo his brother just as a kink thing. Overall opinion of this: It should be on a hentai sight because there really is no plot.
