This is just a one-shot right? 'cos in the summary it says: "There are many stories of one-night stands"
That is the stories that are mentioned in the manga are other people having on night stands not the manga's story and tells that having sex in a bathroom is unusual to normal one night stand stories/rumors heard by people(in the manga) plus the summary is the ukes perspective so try reading it again and see if you understand it (=・ω・=)

They had an event in Japan and they sold limited yaoi merchandise of those 6 titles >_< I wish I could buy all those goodies such as Shingo x Kagami ~ or Shirotani x Kurose (Ten Count) acrylic stands in Chibi form. So cute!
The plot more or less okay, but it seems lacking here and there. The flow of time is as if there's huge gap in between that It's a bit confusing to follow the story...dunno that's just a feeling. Also I'm not really sure if he turned him into a vampire or not as there are some hints:
