I do not know, but maybe, the ukes in KS and CP are similar in outward appearance. However, their internal characteristics are so different. For KS uke, he is a stalker, weak, sort of dumb, and coward (sorry for my words). In CP uke, he is lustful, flirtatious, smart, cunning, clever and a person with murderous tendency. For the two semes, their outwards are different, but attitudes are kinda similar. For the plot, it is difference because their conflicts is different.
