Everyone says this manga is horrible but I rly found it beautiful. Kana truly loved Rin and you could see that plus it was rly brave of Kana to not give up on Rin even after all he's done to him he just kept going forward going to his freedom and following his love. Plus in the end u could actually see Rin caring about Kana and loving him. Plus after setting up a gang rape and after that becoming a pediatrician proves u can change in the future and leave all the horrible things u did in the past. I rly liked this manga it was beautiful and it had a meaning. Plus this is my own opinion so if u have opinion different than mine don't go all judgemental on me. Sometimes I wonder why they dont just animate it like they do hentai, that way you could have the sexy bits without really SURPRISING people. You wouldn't have to dial down shit.(but I cooould be wrong and that's just not how it works)

If you follow the author's twitter you will notice a screenshot or two of a live action version of the manga. There's probably a live action tv adaptation in the works or airing in Japan right now. However, I cannot find such online, nor can I read Japanese to know for sure from the twitter posts.
They're probably just cosplayers. The only Rihito Takarai manga that got a live adaptation was Seven Days.

IMO, for a live action movie it was surprisingly good. I'm really picky with live action movies but I was pleased with it. Some cringey moments but it can be overlooked.
