In the novel, they are still in the hospital room. Yoohan calls Jay and says something like "Myung-shin is on his way, so make me proud!"
When Jay shows up and completely ignores Myung-shin (who is panicking over that Jay is his sugar daddy) he accidentally says this bastard and Jay gets mad at how dare he call the person he loves a bastard! Much funnier in the novel haha!
